What Kelevra does

What to send us

Use hello@kelevra.com for:

  • company questions;
  • Axiom product questions;
  • partnership discussions;
  • contracting questions;
  • privacy questions;
  • general help.

Use security@kelevra.com for:

  • suspected security issues;
  • vulnerability reports;
  • suspicious emails or messages claiming to be from Kelevra;
  • responsible disclosure questions.

Use WhatsApp for short messages when that is the easiest channel for you.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, private keys, full identity documents, full medical details, card numbers, or other highly sensitive information unless Kelevra has specifically asked for it and given you a secure route.

If you are a tenant, member, claimant, provider, broker, or policyholder, your first support route may be the insurer, administrator, or organisation that gave you access to the service. Kelevra operates the infrastructure. The tenant owns the insurance relationship.

Data and privacy requests

Use https://kelevra.com/data if you want to ask about your personal information, correct it, or request deletion where deletion is lawful.

Security reports

Send security reports to security@kelevra.com.

Please include:

  • what you found;
  • the affected URL, system, or message;
  • steps to reproduce it;
  • whether you accessed any data;
  • your contact details if you want a reply.

Do not exploit the issue further than needed to show it exists.

Response expectations

Kelevra is still a small company. We may not offer 24-hour support on every public channel.

We will try to acknowledge important security and privacy messages quickly.

For urgent security reports, use security@kelevra.com.

If you do not receive a reply, send a follow-up to hello@kelevra.com with the date and channel of your first message.

The security@kelevra.com address routes to Kelevra's mailbox today. Kelevra must keep proving that the published contact address receives mail as the mailroom becomes more formal.
