Short version
Use Kelevra's public website and contact channels lawfully.
Do not attack, scrape, overload, misrepresent, or misuse them.
Axiom product access is governed by signed agreements or approved pilot terms. These website terms do not replace a signed Axiom contract.

Kelevra designs, builds, and operates Axiom. Axiom is programmable insurance infrastructure.
What these terms cover
These terms cover:
kelevra.com;- Kelevra public pages;
- Kelevra public contact forms, email links, and WhatsApp Business profile;
- public information we publish about Kelevra and Axiom.
These terms do not create production access to Axiom.
If you have a signed agreement with Kelevra, that agreement takes priority for the product, services, fees, support, security duties, confidentiality, data protection, and liability terms covered in that agreement.
Using our site
You may use our public site to learn about Kelevra, contact us, review our public notices, and check our published evidence.
You must not:
- break the law;
- pretend to be someone else;
- send malware or harmful content;
- test security without following our vulnerability reporting rules;
- overload, scan, scrape, or disrupt our systems;
- copy our content in a way that misleads people;
- use our name, logo, or product names without permission;
- send spam or abusive messages.
WhatsApp and other channels
If you contact us on WhatsApp, email, or another channel, you are responsible for what you send.
Do not send sensitive information unless it is needed for the matter you are raising.
Kelevra may keep messages and metadata so we can answer you, protect the channel, and keep an audit trail.
Public information
We try to keep public information accurate and current.
Some information may be incomplete, out of date, or changed while Axiom is in active development.
Do not make a buying, compliance, security, or legal decision from the website alone. Ask us for the signed documents, current evidence, and contract terms that apply to your situation.
Product information
Axiom is in active development.
Public descriptions explain the product direction and current positioning. They are not a promise that every described capability is available in production today.
Any production use, pilot, proof of concept, or paid service must be governed by written terms agreed with Kelevra.
Intellectual property
Kelevra owns or licenses the content on its public pages.
Axiom, Kelevra, logos, product names, designs, documents, and software remain protected by law.
You may link to our public pages. You may not copy, sell, or republish them in a misleading way.
Security reports
If you find a security issue, report it responsibly.
Use security@kelevra.com.
Do not access data that is not yours. Do not disrupt systems. Do not publicly disclose a live issue before Kelevra has had a fair chance to investigate.

Third-party services
Our public channels may rely on providers such as hosting, email, security, analytics, WhatsApp, and Meta.
Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices.
Changes
We may update these terms.
The published page should show the version date. Important changes should be easy to see.
Liability
Kelevra provides public pages for general information and contact.
We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that South African law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
